We try our best to upload the maximum information about our products so that our visitors can get an idea of the subject matter and also get to know the physical description of it. This should, supposedly, lead a visitor whether to go ahead with the purchase or not.
We request all our valued customers to please choose/select items carefully, check Descriptions, Price, Quantity, language of the book, etc. before placing your orders to avoid problems, also these are Islamic books, some times they are not handled with due respect in transit, even the risk of damage increases in multiple shipping.
Al Marfa Islamic Bookshop guarantees that we will send the Books & other products that are new and are in good condition. All the Books ordered through us are individually checked & shrink wrapped to assure its condition & quality. We take care to carefully pack your order to ensure timely and safe delivery.
We supply Books published by different publishers. If you found any damages in the book i.e. torn pages, missing text, binding error (wrong volume binding) etc. you must notify within 3 working days of receiving, we will send a replacement. If that Item is not available in stock then we will issue a refund to the customer minus shipping cost (Shipping costs are non-refundable.) You must return the book first in order to get a replacement. If you are shipping (returning) an item over ₹1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If for any reason we receive the order (parcel) back, then we can only send the order again if the customer requests and pay the shipping charges for re-sending. This happens rarely due to many reasons like Moved, attempted-not known, undelivered, unclaimed, insufficient address etc.)
